We’re looking for our next Youth Peer Worker

This is an exciting opportunity for an early career administrator who has firsthand experience caring for a close family member (parent/carer or sibling) with mental health challenges. As a Youth Peer Worker, you’ll play a vital role in supporting youth engagement, leadership opportunities, and connections with Satellite. This includes providing support to our Youth Advisory Council and Squad members, who are program graduates aged 14+ years.

The Youth Peer Worker will report to the Engagement and Consultation Manager, and actively work with key external stakeholders as required. The successful candidate must be flexible, and available to attend meetings and events after hours (with notice). Time Off In Lieu (TOIL) will be negotiated.

This is a part-time opportunity based in Melbourne.
